Thank you for your patience working with us to receive your order.

Unless otherwise noted on this page or on our welcome Home page: Non customized product orders are currently being processed within 48 hours, as well as Custom items: given that all your customizations are cleared by The Witch. Some customizations may result in an unfavorable end product which will increase the time it takes to process your order and may be in excess of our standard processing time. The Witch may need to adjust your formulation, and/or reach out with questions about your customization. We appreciate your patience in working with us to resolve formulation issues if they arise. Once your order is processed you will receive order details and tracking information.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the US only.

Shipping and handling costs have been built into each item’s total cost. Shipping information will be collected from you via an order form below the item’s payment button, after you submit payment for your items. Please fill out a separate order form if there are multiple addresses you need to have your items shipped to and specify how many of each item are going to each of the addresses. For items being shipped together: after filling out the first order form, you may just type “together” on the address input field after the recipient name field. Once your order is processed you will receive order details and tracking information. We use USPS priority mail for all our parcels. 

For local pickup offered in Watsonville, CA: We will reach out to you once your order is processed and is ready for pickup with a driving direction link. Our local pickup location is at 734 E Lake Ave.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature and customization of our products, all sales are final, NO RETURNS are accepted. However, reach out to us if there are any issues with your order. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact sales.cosmicseasons@gmail.com immediately If you received an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. We will evaluate the circumstances and work with you to make it right. 

It is our goal to ensure your satisfaction and do our best to resolve any issues promptly; As such, we request that any order resolutions be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. This means you must contact us in 10 days after your parcel’s delivery date.
